Winter is at our door!!!

What you should know in case of cancellation of a match (?)

Match cancellation due to bad weather and/or poor road conditions is a decision made by TFIM the morning of the match.  Remember that the territory covered by the TFIM teams extends from Clubs in Piedmont to Mount St.Hilaire.  TFIM has the security of all its players at heart.  In case of cancellation, the captains will be informed of the decision (by their statistician) and should inform their team players.  A note related to the cancellation of the match will also be posted on the TFIM website (by 7:15am at the latest).

IMPORTANT:

§ The first match cancelled will be replayed at the scheduled date according to the TFIM calendar (either March 22nd or 23rd, 2012).  Any subsequent match cancelled will simply not be played.

§ Any cancelled match by TFIM cannot be played (anyway); all teams shall replay the cancelled match in case of bad weather and/or bad road condition at the same date.

Power failure

Tennis 13 has a major power failure on Friday October 14!

Three Tennis 13 teams were hosting matches last Friday that were cancelled due to a power failure that occurred before the beginning of those matches. The club was in the dark for most of the day. How should those matches be rescheduled? What is TFIM's policy in these circumstances?
