Dear all,

Last Monday, the AGM closed the TFIM 2009-2010 season. I can now announce that as agreed, I've finished my mandate as President. Marilou Boivin succeeds me. She has been Vice-President during my two years of Presidency and has all the qualities to direct this beautiful league. Welcome to the new team and to our four new CA members.

TFIM FINALS

Again this year, the Tennis Féminin Interclub Montréal league held its traditional finals day, the 32nd edition. Carrefour Multisports hosted the event this year, welcoming over 400 players and guests. 

Exciting matches took place throughout the day, crowning the following teams with the champions of season 2009-2010 title: Nuns Island B (level I), Nuns Island D (level II), West Island B (level III), and Tennis 13 A (level IV).

A novelty this year... The "1 $ for an Ace" program allowed for the players to cumulate over 1 300 $ during the weekly matches of the season hitting aces after aces (not a bad average for of league of an amateur players)! TFIM will double the amount which will be donated to the Québec Foundation for Breast Cancer.

Needless to add that a very special thank you goes to all of the volunteers which made this day a success... From the organization team at Carrefour Multisports, to the eternal devotion of the administrative committee members of our league, thank you!

This season has now come to an end... I would like to wish everyone an excellent summer season, and hope to meet you again in only 4 months to repeat it all again...!

When a new player becomes a member of one of your teams, please communicate to Raymonde Babin, responsible for the distribution of the CRA by way of the following forms. Do the same if a player has moved to a different level or has not played often (less than 5 times in the last season).
